The room was stylish and renovated, offering a cozy retreat. the spa zone with its mineral water pools and saunas was a perfect relaxation spot. the aqua aerobics classes were a fun way to stay active. Although the breakfast wasn't top-notch for a "five stars" hotel, the location near the park was fantastic. the friendly staff, speaking Bulgarian and English, added a personal touch to the service. Overall, a great option for a relaxing break with a Balkan charm.
